I started going grey in my mid-twenties. Since then I've been every color imaginable. My wildest days were spent as a red head. Shades of brown work for my more conservative Mom image and served me during the days I spent in the corporate world. Somehow, blond and silver seem right for now. It requires less work, suites my current freelance persona, and matches my elder dog, Leo, who doesn't care one bit about the color of my hair. In fact, when I came back from the salon, he didn't even notice!
This Friday I'm going to Omaha to visit my sister, Bridget, who I met for the first time fourteen years ago. We and another sister(who lives in LA) were put up for adoption and miraculously we not only found each other, but five brothers as well. It's a great story, and one day soon, I plan on finishing the book. Meeting members of my birth family (and staying in touch with them) is one of the best things that has happened in my life. The next post will have photos of the weekend with Bridget in Nebraska.

I personally think that your hair looks the best that I have ever seen it. I like it a lot. I hope you have fun in Nebraska.
